Privacy Policy
We recommend that you read this document carefully if you are a visitor, a user of our products or services, a representative of a company that is a customer, supplier or partner of Dream & Breathe AB, or a private individual who contacts us through forms on our website, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, or who subscribes to our newsletters.
Dream & Breathe AB respects your privacy and always handles your personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. In this document, we describe how we process your personal data. The data controller at Dream & Breathe AB is Nathalie Steffner.
This privacy policy explains how we collect, define and use information that can identify you, such as your name, email address, other contact details, online identifiers or other information you provide when you use our websites or our services.
Your personal data is usually collected from you or from the company or organization you represent, for example by email, through our social media or other communication channels, or in connection with events or meetings. We may also receive personal data about you from our partners. We may also use external information services to supplement existing data, for example with your position and contact details.
Our principle is not to process more personal data than is needed for the purpose, and we strive to use the least privacy-sensitive data possible.
We collect your data to be able to offer you the best possible customer experience of our services, to maintain good customer contact, and to carry out the assignments and agreements Dream & Breathe AB has received and entered into. Some of our online programs require communication from us outside our platform. Personal meetings with Dream & Breathe AB's coaches often take place digitally. We also want to be able to send you marketing from Dream & Breathe AB in the form of offers, news, program starts, motivational messages and general information about Dream & Breathe AB's future plans and vision.
You have the right at any time to request correction of your personal data, to withdraw your consent, and to receive a record of the personal data we store about you. Unless you contact us about this, Dream & Breathe AB stores your personal data indefinitely. To correct your personal data or withdraw your consent, contact nathalie@dreamandbreathe.se. Please note that withdrawing your consent may mean we can no longer fulfil our obligations to you.
We receive your personal data in the following ways:
- Information you provide to us directly
- Information we receive when you sign up for our programs
- Information we receive when you subscribe to newsletters or other mailings
- Information we receive when you contact us, visit us or otherwise get in touch with us
Dream & Breathe AB does not share your personal data with third parties except in the cases explicitly stated in this policy. Our principle is not to disclose your personal data to third parties unless you have consented to it, or it is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation or our obligations to you, our customers and/or partners. When we do disclose personal data to third parties, we make sure it is handled securely. The situations in which your personal data may be disclosed to third parties are listed below.
We use cloud services to store certain information, which means personal data may be transferred to our cloud service providers.
- Your personal data may be disclosed to suppliers and partners if they need it to fulfil their commitments to us.
- We share customer information with financing companies we work with, who in turn enter into agreements with and communicate directly with the customer.
- Personal data may be disclosed to authorities when necessary to fulfil our legal obligations.
Dream & Breathe AB does not make any of your information available to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Dream & Breathe AB may transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA. If personal data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, we will take measures to ensure that it remains protected and that the transfer is lawful. This is because we use services from an IT provider in the USA and a payment provider in Ireland. We have ensured that your rights are guaranteed when personal data is transferred.
Dream & Breathe AB owns all material in our online programs and on our website. Program material may not be shared or distributed and is protected by copyright. If material is shared or distributed, we reserve the right to take legal action.
The staff at Dream & Breathe AB are bound by confidentiality. We do not share information about customers or clients. Information shared during sessions or in any other form of communication stays between the coach and the client or customer.
We reserve the right to change and update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes if they represent a fundamental change in how your data is processed, are relevant to the nature of the processing, or are relevant to you and affect your data protection rights.
Health
We do not encourage anyone to use our programs or services as an alternative to medical screening, treatment and/or care. If you are currently being treated by a doctor or other medical professional for any condition or illness, please consult your doctor before starting our programs or services, or before changing or modifying any treatment. We are not doctors, licensed psychologists or nutrition experts. Our programs, statements and opinions do not constitute individual advice.
No guarantee of results
Our programs and services are educational and are intended to support your personal and professional development. We do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to income, sales, clients, followers, visibility or business growth. Any examples, stories or results shared by Dream & Breathe AB, Nathalie Steffner or other participants are not typical and are not a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, experience and many factors outside our control. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make in your life and business.
Your conduct and content
You agree not to use any obscene, indecent or offensive language, or to post material on the service that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, pornographic, unlawful, obscene or otherwise offensive (at the owner's sole discretion). Furthermore, you may not post any material on the service that is encrypted, constitutes spam or unauthorized advertising, invades anyone's privacy, or encourages conduct that would constitute a crime, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law or regulation. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and acknowledge that failure to do so may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
You are responsible for ensuring that any material you provide to the service or post on the service or its forums, including but not limited to text, photographs and audio, does not infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secrets or other personal or proprietary rights of any third party, or is published with the permission of the owner of such rights. You agree to provide the owner, on request, with copies of all third-party releases for the use of their content on the service.
Some of our programs include exercises where you take action in your own business or public channels, for example by publishing content, recording video, selling or sharing your opinions. You decide what you publish, say and do, and you are solely responsible for that content and its consequences. Dream & Breathe AB is not responsible for any content you publish or any actions you take outside our platform as part of a program.
Our programs and services are not intended for users under the age of 18. If you are under 18 and wish to use our services or programs, the consent of a parent or guardian is required. Contact nathalie@dreamandbreathe.se for further dialogue.
Consumers and business customers
These terms apply both to private individuals and to companies purchasing our programs and services. Consumer protection rules, such as the right of withdrawal, apply only to customers who purchase as consumers. If you purchase on behalf of a company or in the course of your business, consumer protection rules do not apply to your purchase.
Agreements and orders
When you register and use your account with Dream & Breathe AB, you can enter into agreements and complete transactions electronically. You confirm that your electronic submissions constitute your agreement, and you agree to be bound by and pay for such agreements and transactions. By selecting "buy", "ok", "I agree" or any similar confirmation during the ordering process, you submit an order. All orders must be approved by the Company. You agree that all orders approved by Dream & Breathe AB are legally valid and binding.
You start a subscription by paying a fee through the payment methods offered at the time by a third-party provider. As a paying subscriber to Dream & Breathe AB, you also get access to videos, live broadcasts, worksheets, audio files, content and features that are not available to non-paying users. Payment by invoice is offered only in exceptional cases.
Customers in Sweden can also choose to use their wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) with Dream & Breathe AB. For questions about this, contact hello@dreamandbreathe.se
Dream & Breathe AB uses a third-party billing system so you can complete transactions electronically. The terms of the external third parties who provide each payment method apply to those services.
By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the billing and payment details you provide being stored by a third party and not by Dream & Breathe AB.
By becoming a paying user, you authorize Dream & Breathe AB and/or the specified third party to charge your payment card or bank account for your subscription monthly, yearly or according to the subscription type you have chosen. When you become a subscriber, your card or bank account is charged on the day you complete the payment.
The next charge takes place one month later and continues on an ongoing basis within these terms for the duration of the subscription. For an annual subscription, your card or bank account is charged every twelve (12) months. If a payment is missed, Dream & Breathe AB has the right to pause access to the service until payment is made.
Fees and renewal
You agree to pay all fees for each service you purchase or use according to the prices and payment terms in effect at the time and presented to you for that service.
If you have chosen to pay by debit or credit card, you confirm that the card details you provide are correct and that you will promptly notify Dream & Breathe AB of any changes to them. Fees paid by you are non-refundable, except as stated in these Terms or as required by law.
All subscriptions have no minimum commitment period. If you choose to cancel your subscription before the period you have paid for ends, you are not entitled to a refund. Subscriptions offered by Dream & Breathe AB may be free of charge, free of charge for a limited period, or paid. If a subscription is provided free of charge for a limited period, you will be given the option to renew the service and pay the applicable fee, or to stop using Dream & Breathe AB when the limited period ends.
The subscription must be renewed within the specified time period for the features to keep working as before. If you choose not to renew, Dream & Breathe AB will close your account and you will no longer be able to use Dream & Breathe AB's services.
Purchase of online programs
Dream & Breathe AB's online programs are sold at a fixed price. Any installment option is only a payment method and does not constitute a subscription.
By purchasing, you commit to paying the full amount according to your chosen payment plan, whether or not you choose to complete the program. If an installment payment fails or is not made, Dream & Breathe AB has the right to pause your access to the program until payment is made. The remaining amount is still due.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you purchase as a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of purchase. By completing your purchase and accepting these terms, you expressly agree that access to the program content may begin before the withdrawal period has ended, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once you have been given access to the program content.
If you wish to withdraw from your purchase before you have been given access to the program content and within the withdrawal period, contact hello@dreamandbreathe.se and you will receive a full refund. Apart from this, and unless otherwise required by law, all purchases of online programs are non-refundable.
Access to online programs
Dream & Breathe AB's online programs are available for the period stated at the time of purchase. The period is counted from the day you get access to the program and its content.
Access cannot be paused, postponed or extended beyond what is stated at the time of purchase.
For special programs, such as 66 Days, the program is open for the duration of the program plus 34 extra days (100 days in total), counted from the day you get access to the program content.
Live sessions in programs
Some of our programs include live sessions. Dates and times are stated in the program and may be changed if necessary, in which case we will inform you in good time. Live sessions are recorded and made available in the program for the duration of your access. If you are unable to attend a live session, you will not be entitled to a refund or a replacement session.
AI
AI Nathalie is a digital tool for reflection, guidance and personal development. It does not replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other qualified advice. If you are experiencing physical or mental health problems, or are in a situation where professional help is needed, we recommend that you contact a licensed healthcare provider or another relevant expert.
You are responsible for how you choose to use the information, guidance and suggestions AI Nathalie provides. Any decisions made based on AI Nathalie's responses are always your own responsibility.
To provide and improve the service, the messages and information you share with AI Nathalie may be processed and stored by Dream & Breathe and our technical partners in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We always handle your data with care and do not share it with unauthorized parties. Avoid sharing sensitive personal data or other information you do not want the service to process.
AI Nathalie uses artificial intelligence, and while we strive to provide relevant and helpful responses, we cannot guarantee that all information is always complete, accurate or appropriate for every individual situation.
To access AI Nathalie, you need to read and accept the separate Terms of Use for AI Nathalie. By using the service, you accept these terms.
Prices and price changes
Dream & Breathe AB gives you the option to actively choose an ongoing monthly subscription for a monthly fee, or to prepay your subscription for a number of months at a time and receive a discount on the monthly cost. Prepayment covers a fixed number of months and gives a set discount. Discount rates and the number of months available may be changed by Dream & Breathe AB.
All prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout. VAT is applied according to the rules that apply where you live and is shown at checkout. Special offers with limited validity may occur, such as trial offers or discount codes. For current prices and discounts, please visit our website.
Dream & Breathe AB reserves the right to adjust the fee for services and products that run until further notice. For services with a fixed commitment period, Dream & Breathe AB may only adjust the fee during the commitment period because of increased costs for Dream & Breathe AB due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond Dream & Breathe AB's control. These may include changes in the general price level, increased taxes and fees, or increased supplier costs due to force majeure. Dream & Breathe AB will notify you in writing of any fee change within a reasonable time before it takes effect. If you do not accept the change, you have the right to cancel the service at no extra cost no later than the day the change takes effect. You will not be affected by the price change during the notice period.
By accepting Dream & Breathe AB's Terms & Conditions and Storage of Personal Data, you confirm that you use the service at your own risk.
Cancellation and refunds â Events & Retreats
If you cancel an event or retreat booked with Dream & Breathe AB, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total price applies. We keep this amount to cover administrative costs and preparations that have already been or will be made. The remaining amount is refunded.
If you cancel 7 days or less before the event starts, a medical certificate is required for a refund to be granted. Please note that even with a medical certificate, we have already incurred costs for your place (for example venue, food and staff), which means we reserve the right to refund only part of the fee, depending on the extent of these costs. Thank you for your understanding.
We reserve the right to offer alternative solutions or a refund in the event of major changes to dates or format. We always do our utmost to inform you in good time.
By booking an event or retreat with Dream & Breathe AB and accepting our Terms & Conditions and our processing of personal data, you confirm that you participate at your own risk.
Dream & Breathe AB is not responsible for any injuries, accidents or personal experiences that may occur in connection with your participation. We encourage all participants to listen to their own body and limits during all activities and to consult a doctor if needed.
Webinars
Purchases of webinars (live or recorded) are binding and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
If you cannot attend the live session, access to a recording may be offered if this is included in the purchase.
Your place cannot be cancelled or refunded once the purchase is complete.
Recording, image and audio
Dream & Breathe AB's events, webinars and other live activities, including live sessions in our programs, may be recorded, in full or in part, as video and/or audio. By taking part, you agree that you may appear in image and/or audio in the recording, for example by being visible on camera, asking questions verbally or otherwise being seen or heard during the broadcast.
Dream & Breathe AB has the right to use, edit, publish and sell such recorded material, in full or in part, for marketing and/or commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling the recording as a standalone product, using it in marketing materials, or publishing it on Dream & Breathe AB's platforms and channels.
If you do not want to appear in image or audio in a recording, please contact us before the event at hello@dreamandbreathe.se so we can tell you what options are available, for example taking part with your camera off or without asking questions verbally. We do our best to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee that you will not appear in background images or group audio.
This wording applies going forward, meaning to events and webinars held after this version of the terms has been published. For recordings made earlier, where such consent was not obtained in advance, this is handled separately in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be settled by a Swedish general court. If you are a consumer, this does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
